First beginnings

Lawlors opened their first office in 1989 and quickly came to prominence in the local housing market through a combination of innovation and personal service, that is still key to our success today. Our first office opened on the Chigwell Road in Woodford Bridge, and we quickly achieved success in Chigwell, Buckhurst Hill, Woodford and Loughton in all price ranges.

Over time, the demand from clients was such that we expanded our teams and offices and branched into Lettings, Land and New Homes and opened an Elite Homes Department in response to the overwhelming fact, that we were trusted and attracted instructions to sell many of the areas most luxurious homes.

Creating our flagship super branch

In recent years, our industry has gone through somewhat of a technological revolution, and the way the public engage with agents has drastically evolved. As a result, we have regrouped our teams under one roof within our flagship Loughton branch where we cover Loughton, Chigwell and Woodford. Having one larger team covering all arears ensures a far better level of service to our clients which is clearly reflected in our client reviews.

Our clients also benefit from the fact that we can now draw on our experience of over 30 years selling and letting property in West Essex. Through good markets and bad we have served clients consistently and we believe there isn’t a road in “the Golden Triangle” that we haven’t had the experience of a housing related transaction in.
