Lawlors offer three levels of service to accommodate the differing needs of our clients, from a Full Managed Service for those that prefer the convenience and peace of mind of an ‘all inclusive’ style service, to a Tenant Find, for the experienced ‘do it yourself’ landlord.
The options we can offer and our fees are listed below (service level fees are a percentage of the rental income including VAT)
What's included in Fully Managed: What's included in Rent Collection: What's included in Tenant Find: | Fully Managed 15% | Rent Collection 12.5% | Tenant Find 10% |
