Loughton: Situated in the Essex ‘Golden Triangle’, with its speedy links to central London, wide array of shops and close proximity to Epping Forest, Loughton has become a very popular area for young families to relocate to.

Chigwell- the third town in the ‘Golden Triangle’, Chigwell is nestled in the Essex countryside whilst still being part of the metropolitan area of London, meaning you can get the best of both worlds living there. It is home to an excellent residential special school, Wells Park School as well as popular state schools: Chigwell Primary Academy, Coppice Primary School and Chigwell Row Infant School.
